Role Description

We are seeking a part-time Coordinator for our Hoofddorp location. This is an on-site role where you will handle day-to-day tasks such as coordinating shipments, managing logistics documentation, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods. You will also assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and global logistics standards while providing administrative support to the team.

Qualifications

  • Logistics and Coordination skills: Experience in shipment planning, scheduling, and logistics coordination.
  • Administrative and Documentation skills: Proficiency in managing logistics-related documentation and records with attention to detail.
  • Communication and Collaboration skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Problem-Solving and Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, troubleshoot issues, and maintain organizational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in using logistics software and tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of global freight forwarding and compliance standards is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is appreciated.
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the logistics or transportation industry is preferred.
