As a
Buying & Planning Intern / Working Student
, you'll support our Production team in turning creative ideas and commercial ambitions into reality. You'll help ensure that every pair of shorts, trousers, and tops arrives at our distribution center in the Netherlands on time - and that our operations run smoothly from forecast to delivery.

In this role, you'll assist with the
production planning and buying process
, working closely with our internal teams and production partners. You'll learn how to translate sales forecasts into production plans, track deliveries, manage data in our ERP system (Odoo), and analyze performance to keep everything running seamlessly. You'll gain hands-on experience in
supplier communication and process optimization
, developing key operational skills within a fast-growing fashion brand.

What You'll Do

• Support the planning and buying team in translating sales forecasts into production schedules;
• Help track purchase orders, delivery timelines, and supplier performance;
• Assist in updating and maintaining data in our ERP system (Odoo);
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and reporting;
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth production flows;
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal meetings.

What You'll Bring

• Currently studying in Supply Chain Management, Business, Fashion Management, or a related field;
• Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills;
• Interest in production planning, buying, and supply chain processes;
• Good communication and organizational skills;
• A proactive, hands-on mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment;
• Fluency in English; Dutch, Portuguese, or Spanish is a plus;
• For non-Europeans, a valid working permit for the Netherlands is required.
