For our beautiful hotel Amrâth Hotel DuCasque by the Vrijthof, we are looking for a co-operate Housekeeping Supervisor

Are you someone who loves to roll up their sleeves and enjoys a clean and well-kept environment? Then we are looking for you to join and strengthen our team

What will you be doing?

As a true leader, you coordinate the daily cleaning operations and supervise progress, ensuring all rooms and public areas meet our high cleanliness standards.

Did someone miss a spot? You'll address your team with care, ensure the task gets done, and step in to help where needed.

You'll also play a key role in training and developing your team, so they consistently deliver the top-quality service our hotel guests deserve

You regularly inspect rooms, report any maintenance needs, and make sure inventory levels are well maintained.

You report to and work closely with the Housekeeping Manager or General Manager.

You're truly indispensable, contributing to a hygienic and pleasant environment for both guests and colleagues—and we deeply value that

Our hotel is part of Amrâth Hôtels, a group of 12 three-, four-, and five-star hotels throughout the Netherlands.

Our hotels are located in unique and central locations from Maastricht to Alkmaar.

Jouw bagage als Co-operate Housekeeping Supervisor
  • You have experience in housekeeping.
  • You already have some supervisory experience or are eager to fully commit to developing in that direction.
  • You have the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Order and cleanliness are second nature to you.
  • You have a good command of Dutch and/or English. Do you speak another language too? Muy bien, sehr gut

What do we offer you?

  • An energizing position of 15-20 hours per week, with fixed days: every other week on Saturday and Sunday, and the following week on Sunday and Monday.
  • A salary in accordance with the Dutch hospitality collective labour agreement (Horeca-CAO): € 15,21 per hour.(bruto)

€2,505.04 to €2,658.37 based on a full-time 38-hour workweek and depending on your experience.

  • A 7-month contract including one month probation with the possibility of extension. We want you to stay
  • After your first month, enjoy a free overnight stay in one of our hotels through our "Weet Waar Je Werkt" (Know Where You Work) program.
