Yusen Logistics is een wereldwijd opererende logistieke dienstverlener met air / ocean freight forwarding, distributie, opslag, warehousing en supply chain management in haar dienstenpakket.

De Yusen Logistics Benelux organisatie heeft vestigingen in Nederland, België, Luxemburg en Zweden. In totaal werken op deze vestigingen ruim 1000 medewerkers.

Voor onze airfreight afdeling op Schiphol zoeken wij momenteel een Export Employee Air Freight Forwarding.

Wat houdt de job in:

  • Een correcte administratieve afhandeling van luchtvracht- en international wegvervoer zendingen;
  • Het onderhouden van uitstekende contacten met klanten, agenten, leveranciers en kantoren wereldwijd;
  • Een goede samenwerking met de loods en het opmaken van een planning m.b.t. het afhandelen van de vracht;
  • Reserveren van vrachtcapaciteit bij luchtvaartmaatschappijen;
  • Het toepassen en opvolgen van de procedures van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem;
  • Verzorgen van een tijdige en correcte facturatie van de zendingen.

  • Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Klant- en service gerichte instelling;
  • Goede communicatieve en commerciële vaardigheden;
  • Goede kennis van Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
  • Flexibele instelling m.b.t. werktijden, geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit;
  • Oplossingsgerichte en pro- actieve houding.
