What's This Role All About?

Are you looking for an international company where you can try anything and everything within HR, and where you don't need any actual experience to start? As our
People Operations Working Student
, you'll jump right into the action, helping our team with everything from welcoming new joiners to supporting our expansion into new markets. No experience? No problem We're looking for someone who's eager to learn, not afraid to ask questions, and ready to roll up their sleeves.

What Will You Actually Do?

• Support the onboarding process:
  organise goodiebags, help us with the onboarding program and scheduling, welcome new joiners, assist with making beautiful onboarding presentations, and assist with contracts.
• Help with HR administration:
  process various statements (NS Business Cards, Vodafone statements etc…), answer tickets via our ticket system, support colleagues with managing our travel platform, prepare employers statements, and support contract extensions.
• Assist
  with visa applications and 30% rulings, and help update HR handbooks and policies.
• Contribute to HR projects
  as they arise, such as creating new employment handbooks for our emerging markets, and researching as well as updating compensation & benefits information.
• Support our team
  as we grow in new markets and take on new challenges.

Who Are We Looking For?

• You're currently studying HR (or something similar) in the Netherlands—or you're just really passionate about people and want to learn more (tell us why).
• You speak English well (bonus points for other languages).
• You're proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to jump in.
• You can come to our lovely office next to Amstel station at least once a week (2 would be ideal).
• You're available for at least 16 hours a week, more is always possible :)
• No HR experience needed—we'll show you the ropes
