Computacenter NL is looking for a KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER PUBLIC - HEALTHCARE
Who We're Looking For
In our sales division, we continue to expand our pipeline and record of business wins because we set clear expectations, take a straightforward and pragmatic approach, and are honest with our customers. We have a strong ambition to accelerate our growth in the Public Sector, focusing on Central and Local Government, Education and Healthcare.
The Key Account Manager for the Public sector will work on a plan for its sector. The activities will focus on connecting with (potential) customers, preparing for and running European Tenders, Coworking with strategic Vendors and working together with different stakeholders within Computacenter.
What You Will Do
- Proactively build customer contacts and rapport across a number of customers, levels and opportunities
- Responsible for commercial strategy in European Tenders
- Achieve win/win with customers to maximise value to both Computacenter and customer therefore increasing customer satisfaction with the period of a Tender (framework) agreement
- Ability to negotiate and close contracted services and solutions
- Manage customer liaison to transact services and solution sales to maximise profit
- Engage with appropriate resources and management to ensure solution meets customer needs
- Accountable for all operational transactions to ensure ownership of customer
- Responsible for sales documentation and methodology to enable the sales process and information
What You Will Need
- Good business acumen
- HBO/WO level working experience
- 10+ years ICT sales experience with Public sector Clients
- Solid Healthcare sector experience
- Experienced in working on European Tenders together with a Bid Manager
- Virtual Team working and leadership
- Negotiation and influencing skills applied across the various customer organisations
- Ability to build effective and constructive relationships across a number of larger and more complex customers and opportunities at all levels
- Ability to resolve significant customer issues whilst moving the business forward
- Experience of business financials / services /solutions, the market / the needs / challenges of complex customers
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written in both Dutch and English - in order to become credible at all levels of the organisation and in different country contexts
