Job Title: Head chef/executive chef

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, creative chef with a strong fine-dining background to lead our culinary program. This role is ideal for a chef who is passionate about seasonal cooking, excited by local produce, and eager to build direct relationships with farms and producers.

You'll shape our menu from the ground up, guided by what's growing, what's fermenting, and what's inspiring you. If you find joy in the details, in craft, in process — you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Menu Creation & Development: Lead the conception, testing, and refinement of a dynamic, seasonal menu.
  • Farm & Supplier Relationships: Establish and maintain direct partnerships with local farmers, growers, and producers.
  • Culinary Leadership: Guide and inspire the kitchen team with positive, upbeat energy and a collaborative approach.
  • Reduce waste with intention, weaving sustainability into daily practice and menu design.
  • Use fermentation and preservation as tools for flavor, season extension, and storytelling.
  • Bring spirit and enthusiasm and a keen aesthetic eye to events, from intimate dinners to larger gatherings.
  • Maintain fine-dining standards while keeping heart, warmth, and play in the work.

About You

  • Significant experience in fine dining
  • Deep passion for seasonal ingredients and sustainable sourcing.
  • Strong interest or experience in building farm-to-table relationships.
  • Skilled in fermentation, preservation methods, and innovative culinary techniques.
  • Energetic, positive, and excited to engage with both the team and guests during events.
  • A natural leader with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Committed to minimizing food waste and advancing kitchen sustainability.
  • Available for flexible working hours

Pay: Up to €28,00 per hour
