Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and service-minded Office & HR Assistant to join our Business Support Team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our office runs smoothly and that both our employees and visitors enjoy a professional and welcoming environment. You will take care of all daily office management tasks — from maintaining pantry supplies and managing external service providers to organizing meetings, travel, and company events. In addition, you will support the Business Support Lead in various HR administrative tasks, including job postings, candidate communication, interview coordination, and maintaining employee records. Key Responsibilities
Office Management

Manage the daily operations of the office to ensure a clean, organized, and pleasant working environment.
· Liaise with external service providers (cleaning company, maintenance, coffee company, office supplies, etc.).
· Manage pantry supplies and refreshments; ensure all common areas are tidy and well-stocked.
· Welcome guests and coordinate meeting room bookings and usage.
· Organize internal meetings, company events, and business gatherings.
· Manage office-related invoices, purchase orders, and supplier contracts in coordination with the Business Support Lead.
HR Support
·
Assist with the recruitment process: publish vacancies, manage candidate communication, schedule interviews, and perform initial candidate screenings.
· Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth start and proper documentation.
· Maintain and update employee files and HR records.
· Help prepare HR-related correspondence, documents, and reports.
· Assist with HR communication, including announcements and internal updates.
· Support the coordination of employee events and training sessions.
Qualifications
Essential
·
MBO or HBO degree in Office Management, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
· –3 years of experience in a similar role (office, HR, or administrative support).
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
· Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
· Service-oriented attitude and attention to detail.
Preferred
· Experience in an international or multicultural environment.
· Knowledge of Dutch and/or Korean is an advantage.
· Familiarity with HR systems or ERP tools.
· Hands-on, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities at once.
