Following the success of our UK offices, Alpha Group is growing its existing presence in the Netherlands. This is your opportunity to join a fast-growing division with the full backing of a market-leading FTSE 250-listed company.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Portfolio Manager, you'll combine business development and account management to build and manage your own portfolio of high-value clients.
Here's what success looks like in this role:
Pipeline Building:
Research, qualify, and engage with C-suite leaders across diverse industries.
Consultative Selling:
Uncover client pain points and provide tailored financial solutions that add real value.
Solution Development:
Collaborate with strategists and analysts to develop personalized strategies for your clients.
Client Retention & Growth:
Develop trusted relationships with your clients, ensuring long-term success and growing your portfolio.
Mentorship:
Learn directly from Senior Partners and Managing Directors who know exactly what it takes to succeed.
This role is like building your own business within a business—complete with the accountability, rewards, and growth potential you'd expect.
What We Offer:
Earning Potential:
Base salary with an average OTE of Y1 €80k, OTE of Y2 €160k, OTE of Y3 €250k.

Training:
Onboarding - 1st Month
Learn about everything we do. Our FX desks, hedging strategies, how we compare to banks and brokers. By week four you're confidently engaging CFOs and CEOs.
Daily Training
Whether you've been here two months or two years, every morning starts with Sales Training: objection handling, pitching, vocal tone, question-timing and framing tailored to the exact profile of the business you're facing.
Weekly Market Sessions
Every Monday, we run live market sessions that look into global financial news, corporate developments and geopolitical events that cause volatility. You learn not only what's happening, but exactly how to translate it into high-impact conversations with CFOs & CEOs.
A Performance Culture
We treat sales like a sport. There's always a new technique to master, another detail to perfect in your pitch. You'll collaborate and continuously push your own benchmarks, supported by peers, partners and leadership that are invested in your success.

1–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
