Office Administrator/Admin & HR Operations Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & HR Operations Specialist to join our Netherlands Team. This role combines local support for office administration, HR operations and accounts payable. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-oriented, and able to handle a wide range of responsibilities to ensure smooth office operations and employee support.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, and facilities.
  • Act as the point of contact for vendors, landlords, and service providers.
  • Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding, assisting with benefits, maintaining employee records, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Organize office events and ensure a positive workplace environment.
  • Arrange and coordinate business travel, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Serve as a liaison between different departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide HR and administrative support to management and other teams when needed
  • Manage special projects as needed to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support Accounts Payable with the processing of invoices.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office administration, HR support, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Dutch labor laws and HR practices is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal (English required; Dutch preferred).
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR/admin systems.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
