Chilli Chan's is a female-founded, independent food brand bringing bold Taiwanese flavours to everyday kitchens. Born in Amsterdam during lockdown, we've grown from a single jar of crispy chilli oil into a fast-rising brand stocked in 700+ stores across Europe. Our products are 100% vegan, handmade in small batches, and rooted in authentic Taiwanese tradition, with no preservatives or shortcuts. From sun-dried knife-cut noodles to umami-packed sauces, we're redefining what modern Asian food looks (and tastes) like. Confident, playful, and proudly culture-driven, Chilli Chan's is on a mission to spice up pantries across the world

Who This Is For
This internship is ideal for someone who's:

• Currently studying (e.g. marketing, media, communication, hotel school, business or entrepreneurship)
• In their final year, working on their thesis
• Or recently graduated and looking to gain hands-on experience in a real start-up environment

**What You'll Do

Partnerships**

• Identify and research relevant partnerships for on-brand collaborations
• Assist with creating outreach materials and crafting collaboration ideas e.g. pop-ups, product collabs, competitions, social media collabs etc
• Maintain, develop and build on existing partner relationships
• Handle administrative tasks such as keeping planning documents updated, managing spreadsheets, keeping track of collaborative ideas and partners
• Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of partnership campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations to continuously improve impact.
• Deliver high-quality and impactful campaigns and events within budget and timelines.
• Champion innovative ideas and creative approaches to continually enhance the Chilli Chan brand experience across all customer touch points.
• Support with the creation of any partnership assets or printed materials

Social Media

• Plan short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels for any collaborations and events
• Create short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels (e.g. recipe ideas, product highlights, behind-the-scenes)
• Support in content planning and scheduling for social channels
• Help write engaging blog posts for our website and send newsletters – mostly recipe-based or food-related tips
• Edit content using CapCut

Events & Workshops

• Assist with planning and organising upcoming pop-ups, tastings, and workshops
• Occasionally help with in-person events if based nearby

Collaboration

• Weekly check-ins with the Marketing & Operations Manager, and occasional check-ins with Chilli Chan's Founder
• Learn how a food brand operates across marketing, sales, logistics, and product launches

What We're Looking For

• You love food and Asian and or spicy flavours
• You're fluent in English (Dutch a plus)
• You are based in Amsterdam
• You're comfortable creating content on TikTok and Instagram
• You're highly organised and proactive – you get things done
• You're eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Instagram, and TikTok is a plus
• Able to work remotely with good internet access
• Have an iPhone 15 or higher for content or equivalent with Android
