Dan is deze uitdagende rol als Manager Shipping & Magazijn jouw volgende stap Wij zoeken een gedreven professional die energie haalt uit het verbeteren van processen, het motiveren van medewerkers en het schakelen tussen interne en externe stakeholders.

Functie-informatie:

In deze rol ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken binnen het magazijn en de verzending. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles – van opslag tot transport – soepel verloopt. Je denkt op tactisch en strategisch niveau mee over hoe we onze logistieke keten kunnen verbeteren. Daarbij stuur je jouw team aan op zowel proces als prestatie en werk je actief samen met andere afdelingen om de klanttevredenheid hoog te houden.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Aansturen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van het Shipping & Warehouse-team.
  • Optimaliseren van logistieke en magazijnprocessen met oog voor kostenbesparing en efficiëntie.
  • Coördineren van de volledige goederenstroom: van opslag en voorraadbeheer tot verzending en distributie.
  • Zorgen voor correcte naleving van transport- en douanewetgeving.
  • Analyseren van logistieke data en KPI's en daaruit verbeterplannen opstellen in samenwerking met onder andere QA.
  • Onderhouden van contact met klanten, leveranciers en interne afdelingen.
  • Actief inspelen op veranderingen binnen de supply chain en flexibel omgaan met nieuwe prioriteiten.

Functie-eisen:

  • HBO-niveau, bij voorkeur richting Logistiek of Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als leidinggevende in de logistiek (voor medior profielen) of 8 jaar ervaring op seniorniveau.
  • Aantoonbare kennis van magazijnbeheer, transportcoördinatie en verzendprocessen.
  • Analytisch sterk en oplossingsgericht, met de capaciteit om snel te schakelen.
  • Bekend met logistieke software en warehouse management systemen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgericht in alles wat je doet.
  • Coachende leiderschapsstijl: je weet hoe je mensen motiveert en in hun kracht zet.

Aanbod:

  • Salaris max € 5.350,- bruto per maand;
