Are you an experienced engineer passionate about building scalable, secure, and automated observability and security solutions?

We're looking for a
hands-on Elastic Stack & SIEM consultant
who can design, install, configure, integrate, and manage the full Elastic Stack and Elastic Security SIEM within Linux environments — ensuring scalability, automation, and operational excellence.

What will you do?

  • As an
    Elastic Stack and SIEM consultant
    , you will design and operate a reliable and scalable observability and security platform based on
    Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana
    , and
    Elastic Security (SIEM)
    .
  • You'll handle technical implementation, integrate diverse log sources, automate deployment and management, and deliver dashboards, detections, and runbooks for Security Operations.
  • Your work supports both
    security monitoring
    and
    operational observability
    across applications and operating systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable Elastic Stack architectures for production and test environments, including sizing, high availability, and data retention
  • Install, harden, and configure Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Beats, and/or Elastic Agent with secure transports, RBAC, index lifecycle management, and data streams
  • Integrate log sources from OS, applications, cloud, network, and identity systems; parse, normalize, and enrich data within ingest or Logstash pipelines
  • Configure and optimize index lifecycle management, storage tiers, and query performance (hot-warm-cold architecture, cluster health monitoring)
  • Develop and maintain Elastic Security detection rules, exceptions, and automation — mapping use cases to
    MITRE ATT&CK
  • Build
    Kibana dashboards
    , Lens visualizations, and reports for various stakeholders
  • Provide detailed
    runbooks and documentation
    for operational and incident response teams
  • Automate deployment and management using
    Infrastructure as Code
    and scripting (e.g., provisioning, certificates, repositories, upgrades)
  • Perform operational management and support: patching, upgrades, backups, capacity planning, performance tuning, and outage analysis
  • Collaborate with
    Security Operations
    ,
    platform teams
    , and
    application teams
    to implement new integrations, use cases, and improvements

What you bring

  • Proven experience with the
    Elastic Stack
    (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Beats, Elastic Security)
  • Strong knowledge of
    Linux environments
    and system administration
  • Experience with
    Infrastructure as Code
    , scripting, and automation
  • Understanding of
    SIEM principles
    ,

  • Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively
