Operations Manager (24/7 Logistics Operation)

We are looking for an Operations Manager to strengthen our Operations team within a growing distribution environment.

In this role, you will operate within a 24/7 schedule across three shifts and will play a key part in ensuring that daily dispatch processes run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full operational process during your shift.
  • Lead the team from the front, ensuring compliance, strong performance, and a high service level for our customers.
  • Set, agree, and manage goals and KPIs with your direct reports to achieve a best-in-class operation.
  • Monitor and review operational performance and implement continuous improvement actions.
  • Drive communication, engagement, and process improvement efforts across the warehouse.
  • Plan, supervise, and coordinate shift activities within your assigned area.
  • Plan weekly workloads, set priorities, and ensure that targets are met.
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations to team members.
  • Ensure the necessary resources and support are available for warehouse leadership teams.
  • Coordinate and guide Warehouse Manager teams.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in logistics operations, ideally within automated distribution or warehouse environments.
  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; comfortable working with spreadsheets and operational data.
  • Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven management and leadership skills, preferably with experience leading teams of 50 or more.
  • Strong planning abilities and experience in conflict analysis and resolution.
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to take initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with change and conflict management.
  • Strong influencing abilities and an innovative mindset.
  • Results-oriented, resilient, decisive, and able to perform under pressure.
