You will support with customer enquiries and provide the best suitable solution to their needs.This is anonsite position in Eindhovenwith the opportunity forhybrid working up to three days per week.The suitable candidate will have previousoffice experience with excellent commercial skillsand the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. It is essential for the role that you haveFluent English language skills, in addition to fluent/nativeGerman language skillsalso being essential.ResponsibilitiesProcess orders (>350K) in an efficient and timely manner, according to the customer specifications and commercial terms and conditions. (Includes consumables & instrument orders, order call offs, conversions and adjustments in ship schedules, RMA's).Assist in responding to customer inquiries by email & phone and provide the best suitable solution to their needs. (e.g., order verification, updates on delivery dates, product availability and pricing).Manage instrument dispatch and coordinate deliveryBuild productive collaborative working relationships with Technical Support, Quote, Finance, Sales, logistics, Field Service & Support to deliver world class experience to our customers.Perform order backlog management and exception handling (credit hold, delivery exception) to ensure timely deliveryRespond, investigate, and provide solution to Business Issues (complaints) raised by the customer.Perform other duties as assigned.Preferred RequirementsPrevious office based experience working within a customer support role is essentialExcellent commercial skillsAbility to understand and/or deploy key internal business processesUnderstand key customer engagement processesAble to utilise commercial tools (e.g., CRM, SAP, Quickbase, Tableau)Navigate internal & external partnersFluent English language with the addition of fluent/native German language is essentialWe are a company deeply rooted in belonging, promoting an inclusive environment where employees feel valued and empowered to contribute to our mission.
