Join this innovative medtech start up as
Business Developer (support with IP Licensing)
creating a GTM strategy, win technology integration deals with major global OEMs in sectors like Consumer Electronics, Automotive, and MedTech. Behind you you will have a supportive Founder Team and a team of product specialists giving you the platform to accelerate their business growth and assess product market fit.

We are transforming human health by harnessing the power of unique, patented near-infrared light technology. We're scaling rapidly, moving beyond product launch to focus on global licensing partnerships and we need you to be the engine of our go-to-market effort.

This isn't about selling products off the shelf. It's about securing complex licensing and technology integration deals that turn patented innovation into globally scaled solutions.

What you will be doing

  • Lead IP Licensing:
    Identify, approach, and engage companies who can implement our near-infrared technology in their products.
  • Negotiate Complex Deals:
    Manage and progress
    long-cycle enterprise/B2B agreements
    from initial contact through complex commercial closure with large, global players.
  • Be a Technical Translator:
    Hold your own in discussions, translating the patented science into clear value for R&D teams, product managers, and CTOs.
  • Hustle Globally:
    Travel internationally to trade shows, build the booth, talk to everyone, and follow up fast.

What We Must See

  • Licensing Expertise (5-10 Years):
    Proven experience in securing
    licensing or technology integration deals
    , not just traditional product or "box" sales.
  • Industry Track Record:
    Experience in consumer electronics, automotive, or a deep-tech environment.
  • Technical Credibility:
    Comfortable in technical conversations, with a background in science or engineering, or enough curiosity and experience to learn fast.
  • Hands-On & Entrepreneurial:
    You take initiative, thrive in a fast-moving, office-based startup culture.

  • Initial Screen with Morpheus (30 minutes)
  • 1st Stage Initial Online Call with the Founder and CFO.
  • 2nd Stage Formal interview (which will involve competency/GTM strategy or technical based)
