As an Import & Export Coordinator at CBS, you'll ensure our international shipments comply with customs and trade regulations. You'll be the point of contact for stakeholders and safeguard customer satisfaction — a role full of impact and international collaboration.

As an Import & Export Coordinator, you ensure our customers and entities comply with all customs and trade regulations. You develop, implement, and monitor import and export controls to guarantee compliance with policies, legislation, and procedures — all while keeping commercial interests and customer satisfaction in mind.

You identify compliance issues and take corrective action where needed. You act as the first point of contact for customs authorities and maintain clear communication. You advise stakeholders on compliance matters, deliver internal training sessions, and participate in the customer onboarding process.

Together with the Trade & Compliance team, you develop and maintain solutions and a documented customs framework. You support audits and ensure that Clear Solutions are effectively embedded. You collaborate closely with colleagues from Sales, Business Development, and Operations within Spring Europe, including regular visits to locations across the Netherlands and Europe.

You'll join the Trade & Compliance team within Cross Border Solutions (CBS) — PostNL's international business unit that provides global solutions for international mail and parcel delivery.

You'll work alongside colleagues from Spring Europe, PostNL International, Global Network Solutions, and supporting departments like Strategy, IT, HR, and Finance. The team is based at our headquarters in The Hague and operates in a hybrid model. Together, you'll deliver innovative and reliable e-commerce solutions.

A gross monthly salary between €3,485.36 and €5, based on 39,25 hours per week).

You're analytical, a strong communicator, and enjoy working with multiple departments. You value structure and have an eye for detail. You also bring:

• A Bachelor's degree (HBO level)

• Experience with customs and trade regulations

• Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written)

• Experience in stakeholder management

• Willingness to travel within Europe
