Your Role

As our new Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for processing and reviewing the financial administration of our various entities. Your tasks include:

  • Production work: one day per week dedicated to booking invoices and transactions, keeping the administration up to date.
  • Control and review: one day per week focused on checking the different administrations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • International scope: working with financial records from multiple countries (NL, BE, DE, UK, FR).
  • Collaboration: supporting our financial controller and acting as a key link in the finance team.
Who Are We Looking For?

The ideal candidate brings:

  • Proven experience as a financial administrator
  • Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus
  • Accuracy, reliability, and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Curiosity about how financial processes work in different countries; prior experience with international entities is not a hard requirement
  • A diploma in bookkeeping, finance, or a related field
