What part will you play in creating the unforgettable?
During this internship you will become familiar with all facets of the hotel industry. First, you will work at all the departments to be trained. After that, you independently fulfil the role of Manager on Duty who also monitors the quality for our hotel. You are part of the Management Team, and you are the first contact for guests. You also guarantee the quality requirements and standards of Minor Hotels. You have an exemplary function and proactively contribute improvements. In addition, you assist guests with questions, comments and complaints and, if necessary, you assist at other departments whenever it is needed most. You know the hotel, your colleagues and the guests like no other. As a result, your knowledge and skills in the field of Hotel Management are developed quickly and you will be fully prepared for your career as a Young Professional in the hospitality industry.
