Cannice is a fast-growing global brand in artistic gymnastics. We design, develop and deliver high-performance equipment for clubs, federations and major international tournaments. With our footprint in Europe, LATAM and Asia, and our production facility in China, we combine innovation with deep professional expertise to support athletes and coaches worldwide.

As we expand our portfolio and accelerate our global presence, we are looking for a
Product Marketing Manager
who drives product excellence, connects markets with innovation, and acts as the bridge between engineering, production and our worldwide customer base.

Your Mission

You take ownership of Cannice's full product portfolio—shaping improvements, guiding development and ensuring our equipment meets the highest international standards. You translate market needs into product direction, collaborate with our design team in Europe and our production facility in China, and support our global dealer network with sharp product expertise.

You will also play a key role at international events and -tournaments where Cannice is the equipment partner. You guide the technical setup of our equipment on-site, ensure flawless execution, and champion Cannice's presence in the global gymnastics arena.

Key Responsibilities

Product Portfolio Ownership

– Manage, maintain and develop the complete Cannice product range

– Monitor performance, lifecycle, pricing and market positioning

– Identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage

Product Management & Development

– Work closely with design and engineering teams on product improvements

– Provide structured input to the production facility in China

– Translate user insights into functional and technical product requirements

Training & Expertise

– Deliver product trainings to internal teams, dealers and partners

– Create product documentation, technical guides and value-proposition materials

Dealer & Customer Support

– Act as technical sparring partner for dealers worldwide

– Support with product-specific questions, applications and configurations

– Collaborate on layout drawings and equipment setup for new gym hall designs

International Events & Competitions

– Represent Cannice as product specialist at major tournaments

– Coordinate with technical teams to install and configure all apparatus

– Ensure perfect presentation and performance of our equipment on-site

What You Bring

– Experience in product marketing, product management or technical marketing (sports equipment or related industries is a strong advantage)

– Affinity with gymnastics

– Strong analytical and conceptual skills; able to translate customer needs into product direction

– Hands-on mentality, comfortable in dynamic environments and international settings

– Excellent communication skills; able to liaise between technical teams, production and commercial departments

– Willingness to travel to international events and to visit partners and the Chinese production site (25%)
