Powering up the Service Team
You'll be part of our Service Team: the energetic engine that ensures our fleet, engineers, partners, and customers are supported, informed, and ready to go. We work closely together, rely on each other's expertise, and embody our core value We make it happen every day.

As Operations Manager, you are the go-to person when things need clarity, direction, or escalation in our service. You orchestrate fleet planning across The Netherlands and parts of Europe, ensuring the right batteries are in the right place at the right time. On top of that, you coordinate the planning for our engineers; knowing exactly who needs to be where, when, and why.

You coach and support a team of project managers, service engineers, and system specialists, helping them thrive, stay resilient during hectic periods, and deliver high-quality operational work (with a side of admin). You're both a leader and a teammate: you jump in when needed, solve operational patterns before they become issues, and continuously work on improving processes, systems, and tools.

Who are you?

  • A true Greener – you want to make the world a bit better, you question the status quo, and you're always looking for ways to innovate and improve
  • You speak English fluently. Dutch is a big plus, but if you fit all other criteria it is not an absolute must
  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar operations or planning role, with at least 3 years of technical team management experience. Experience in a similar industry and a scaling environment is preferable
  • You are meticulous and structured, staying in control even in a dynamic environment
  • You're a great communicator who manages expectations through proactive and clear communication
  • You have a scale-up mindset: flexible, pragmatic, and able to balance quick fixes with scalable solutions.
