These are your tasks and responsibilities.

As a Business Development Manager, your primary mission is to strategically enhance business performance, drive growth, and broaden the market presence of our Deep-Sea Services and Projects. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead initiatives that establish Radio Holland as the preferred partner for our valued customers and respected business collaborators, including OEMs and integrators. With a proactive mindset and a knack for identifying opportunities, you will be instrumental in steering the company's future. Your responsibilities will encompass an international scope, with your base in our Singapore office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and strategic prospecting.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales support, technical, and operations) to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms in alignment with company policies.
  • Track, analyze, and report on market trends, competitor activities, and business performance metrics.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings to promote the company's products and services.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies, pricing models, and business growth plans.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales and profitability targets
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably within marine/offshore industry)
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office /Excel and CRM software
Preferred Attributes
  • Experience in marine/offshore industry
  • Familiarity with international trade and business cultures.
  • Willingness to travel locally and overseas as required.
