About Churned

Churned was launched in January 2020 by a Professor of Data Science, his former master student, and his commercially-minded brother. We have developed an AI SaaS solution that helps Customer Success and Marketing teams predict and prevent churn, boost upsell, and optimize retention through AI-driven insights. Backed by top-tier Venture Capital funds and ambitious for international growth, we're ready for the next step, and we want you on board.

What You'll Do

You will work together with our CFO and external accountants. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Manage Billing:
     Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and handle any billing discrepancies.
  • Create Reports for the CFO:
     Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to support decision-making at the executive level.
  • Connect Systems & Automate Processes:
     Collaborate with IT and other departments to streamline financial processes, integrate systems, and automate routine tasks to improve efficiency.
  • Identify Opportunities & Weaknesses:
     Analyze financial data to uncover potential opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements, as well as highlight financial risks.
  • Assist with Month-End Close:
     Help the finance team with reconciliation tasks and ensuring the month-end close is accurate and on time.
  • Support in Budgeting & Forecasting:
     Contribute to the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, helping to ensure accuracy and insight.
  • Financial Data Entry & Management:
     Maintain and update financial records, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.

Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing a
    Bachelor's or Master's
    degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance or Financial accounting or a related field
  • Looking for a
    work internship
    (minimum 6 months preferred)
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and not afraid to take ownership
