Product Designer

HALO team
What You Will Do
has a single goal in mind for its HALO product:
be the number one AI platform for businesses

Focusing on delivering a human experience end-to-end, whether you're working in our Studio product and building out your AI ecosystem, an end-user relying on the AI's capabilities to get what they need, or an employee looking to co-create with AI. is re-imagining what it means to work on, and with AI.

As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the creative direction and user experience of our AI platform. You'll work on leveraging cutting-edge AI models, combining them with our proprietary platform to deliver human-like UX. Your work will range from exploring new concepts through high-level prototyping to ensuring every detail is perfect via web-based implementations. You will validate ideas quickly, iterate based on feedback, and collaborate closely with stakeholders and users to ensure impactful solutions.

You'll be part of a multi-disciplinary team consisting of developers, data scientists, and product managers. Together, you will explore new product directions, maintain and scale our existing platform, and design transformative solutions that redefine Human-Machine Interaction. Your ability to reason about how AI will fundamentally change this interaction will be key to your success in this role.

In addition to implementing design solutions, you will focus on solving complex challenges in enterprise environments, including governance, multi-user, and multi-tenant platforms. You will bring a strong instinct and principles to interface design, with the ability to prototype using tools like HTML/CSS/JS or other prototyping tools, and validate your ideas with stakeholders and users.

Additionally, you ideally have:

• 3+ years of experience as a product designer building user-centered experiences in a production environment.
• Bring solid hands-on experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping software.
• Have skills in high-level prototyping and web-based implementation, including basic HTML/CSS/JS to bring designs to life.
• Maintain a strong craft mindset with a focus on iterative design development.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and collaborate well in a complex, high-pressure environment.
