Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly technical and business development Senior Solution Manager with proven successful records in the IoT, embedded system and Edge computing industries.  The ideal candidate would be able to understand the need of the customers and provide a well-thought-out solution to meet the customer's specifications and deliver outstanding service. Responsibilities include understanding the market trend for solution needs, serving as the escalation point for the global service team, managing roadmaps, and working with internal teams and customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


• Present training material to the internal sales force as well as externally at customer sites.

• Work with sales, FAE, and product team to propose Edge AI (with GPU) and Edge Computing (x86-based) solutions to meet customers' demands. 

• Drive technical issues to closure by engaging with MBD / chassis / BIOS / IPMI engineering teams

• Strong project management skills and work cross-functionally with product management and field teams.  

• Build and maintain a network of business relationships, including the executive management of clients, prospects, and other referral resources.

 

Qualifications:


•    Bachelor's (or above) degree preferably in Computer Engineering or equivalent experiences.

•    7 years + experience in Server / Storage / GPU Server / Embedded system / IoT Solution is preferred.

•    Understanding of Edge AI, Edge computing and Edge storage's markets, requirements, and technologies. 

•    Experience with x86 / ARM system-level architecture in Enterprise applications is a plus. 

•    Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team.

•    Solid communication skills in both verbal and written, able to communicate with clients' project managers / deployment engineers effectively.

•    Willingness to travel within Europe as required.
