Freelance AI Agent Developer

About the Project

We are working with a major client in the energy sector on an exciting portfolio of AI transformation initiatives. As part of our growing AI practice, we're seeking an experienced and resourceful freelance developer to design and build autonomous AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.

This is an opportunity to work on multiple AI projects within a dynamic, innovation-driven environment in the energy industry. These agents will automate complex business processes, including document analysis, technical specification extraction, and tender response preparation.

Contract: Freelance contract, 2 to 6 months

Location:Remote work, with occasional short trips if needed

Working language: French and English

Mission Objectives

The AI agents you'll develop will be capable of:

• Document Intelligence: Retrieving and analyzing technical documentation to extract relevant specifications and standards against requirement specifications
• Equipment Model Retrieval: Identifying and selecting appropriate equipment models to respond to tender opportunities
• Automated Response Generation: Supporting tender response processes with intelligent data gathering and analysis
• Custom Workflow Automation: Performing various autonomous tasks across our Microsoft ecosystem

Required Skills & Experience

Essential

• Proven experience developing AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot capabilities and extensibility
• Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Experience with Azure AI Services, particularly Azure OpenAI
• Deep knowledge of RAG architectures and implementation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Graph API and M365 integrations
• Experience with document processing and information extraction
• Ability to design conversational AI workflows
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and LLM optimization

• Understanding of AI governance and compliance requirements in the energy industry
• Experience with Azure AI Studio and model fine-tuning
• Knowledge of SharePoint content management and search
• Ability to work on multiple AI initiatives simultaneously
