AWWG is the global fashion group that integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett, and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Donna Karan, DKNY and Karl Lagerfeld in Spain and Portugal.

The project

As a Denim Designer Coordinator you will manage the design process from concept to completion, while partnering with the Director to ensure alignment on priorities and direction. This role is based in our Denim Design Office in Amsterdam.

What will the role entail?

  • Support in developing denim products for Ladies collection with the Design team, following trends and data.
  • Conduct market research to identify upcoming fashion trends through online research, street observation, and attending job fairs.
  • Analyze competitors digitally and in-store to understand market trends.
  • Review last season's sales to guide the structure of the upcoming collection.
  • Lead the development of the new collection by selecting colors, patterns, and textures.
  • Help choose suppliers to ensure they meet quality requirements.
  • Oversee product sheets to ensure accurate garment specifications.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to resolve design and development questions.
  • Review prototypes to ensure they meet design specifications.
  • Assist in organizing the collection presentation.

  • At least 3 years of previous experience in Fashion Design.
  • Experience in Denim design.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Good knowledge of technical tools (Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Creative thinking.
  • Results Orientation and Team Leadership.
  • Excellent Planning and Organization skills.
