Wat ga je doen als security manager?
Als security manager ga je fysieke beveiliging binnen Rijnland verder professionaliseren. Dit doe je door het opstellen en in de praktijk brengen van het beveiligingsbeleid. Jij bent de centrale verantwoordelijke voor alle fysieke beveiligingsmaatregelen. Ook houd je je bezig met de incidentafhandeling, bewustwording en de periodieke rapportages daarvan.Jouw 3 belangrijkste werkzaamheden zijn: Opstellen en borgen van het security management systeem op tactisch en strategisch gebied door risicoanalyses, beleid, processen en procedures; Ophalen van kennis en behoeftes van het primaire proces om tot de juiste inzichten te komen, draagvlak te creëren en een balans te vinden tussen beveiliging en werkbaarheid; Managen, onderhouden en bijsturen van organisatorische, bouwkundige en elektronische (OBE) beveiligingsmaatregelen.
Waar kom je te werken?
De security manager zit in het team Kwaliteit en Veiligheid dat valt onder de directeur Bedrijfsvoering. De security manager geeft leiding aan een klein team bestaande uit de security beheerder en de centralist. Alarmopvolging en surveillance is gering van omvang en bij een extern beveiligingsbedrijf belegd. De security manager werkt nauw samen met de projectleider fysieke toegang op met name strategisch en tactisch niveau over fysieke toegang van onze assets die jij in beheer hebt.
Wat vragen we van jou als security manager?
Hbo- / academisch- werk- en denkniveau omdat je beleid maakt, beheert en uitvoert; Ruime relevante werkervaring in een complexe organisatie met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders en belangen; Aantoonbaar kennis van en ervaring met het beheer van fysieke beveiligingsmaatregelen zoals toegangscontrolesysteem (TCS), camerasysteem (CCTV) en sluitplannen (sleutels en cilinders); Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel gesproken als geschreven.
Hier mag je op rekenen
Een jaarcontract met uitzicht on onbepaalde tijd; Een salaris van minimaal € 4.385,- en maximaal € 6.058,- (schaal 11) bruto per maand bij een fulltime dienstverband (36 uur); het uiteindelijke salaris is afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring; Individueel Keuze Budget ter waarde van 21% van het totale maandsalaris. Hiermee kun je bijvoorbeeld extra verlofuren kopen, bouwen aan een (nog) beter pensioen of je kunt het laten uitbetalen als loon. Op fulltime basis kun je per maand 27 extra uren kopen; Aandacht voor jouw persoonlijke ontwikkeling en daarom bieden we je een persoonlijk opleidingsbudget van € 6.000,- voor 5 jaar; Een telefoon en laptop van de zaak; Een werkweek van 32-36 uur per week waarin je in overleg met jouw leidinggevende zelf kunt bepalen op welke dagen je werkt en hoeveel uren je per dag maakt.
