We are looking for a tech-savvy, self-motivated student, part-time (20 hours), as our Learning Systems Administrator . You will gain valuable experience in an international environment while working flexible hours.

Stolt-Nielsen Limited (SNL), is the specialist storage and transportation provider for bulk liquids: Chemicals, clean petroleum, gases, vegetable oils, biofuels and oleochemicals. We also focus on opportunities in aquaculture & LNG.

What you will be doing 

You will be part of our global Talent, Learning & Development team. You will act as first point of contact for any inquiries our people have, regarding our corporate learning trainings. As an independent, customer service-oriented professional, you will ensure that all participants have access to our training and L&D platforms.

Furthermore, you help out organizing the necessary logistics for specific leadership and employee training programs. You are responsible for: System administration, sending invitations, organizing the location, and arranging refreshments.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve queries related to our training and L&D platforms. Assist in the assessment of training and development needs through analyzing data from feedback, surveys, interviews, focus groups, and engaging with managers and employees. Assess the success of our programs by analyzing data, guaranteeing that they are accurate, reliable, and reportable. Provide guidance to new and existing users across our systems. Preparing and distributing training materials in print and digital formats. Manage the information in the Oracle Talent Modules to ensure it is up to date and accurate.

Qualifications

Currently studying Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Computer Science or similar. You have a strong interest in technology and Learning & Development systems. Proficiency in Excel is a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proactive approach with a problem-solving mentality. You have a strong sense of curiosity and initiative, willing to find solutions on your own. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across various departments and levels.
