At Wonderkind, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our dynamic Excellence team As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn about the various aspects of HR operations, HR strategy, and Recruitment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in HR operations tasks including working with our employee payroll and admin system NMBRS.

  • Assist with of onboarding new employees, employee engagement and initiatives around that through to offboarding of leavers.

  • Gain exposure to HR strategy through participation in team meetings and projects

  • Actively get involved in employer branding initiatives and manage and maintain our career site

  • Contribute to HR initiatives and programs, such as employee engagement and talent management, Learning & Development programs




Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Organised and structured with developed attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Passion for HR and interest in learning about HR operations, strategy, and recruitment
