Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify, develop, and present new business opportunities
  • Support the Sales team administratively including correspondence, preparing reports
  • Maintain guest profiles, contacts and additional necessary records used in the Sales department
  • Assist with the preparation of contracts, proposals and track the completion status.
  • Assist with the preparation and organization of Internal and external meetings, such as, commercial meetings, site inspections, client events


Skills/Knowledge Required:
  • Must be self directed, motivated and demonstrate intuitive customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Communicates clearly, concisely, and openly in all interactions.
  • Has exceptional attention to detail, organizational, analytical and time management skills.
  • Multi-tasks and prioritizes in a fast-paced work environment.
  • knowledge of Opera is Preferred.
