t hierbij nauw samen met de Product Owner Lease, Product Manager Commercial Finance, Sales verantwoordelijken en 2e lijns verantwoordelijken van de landen waar we actief zijn.
 

Werkomgeving

ABF, dochteronderneming van ABN AMRO, is internationaal georganiseerd en heeft bedrijven in Duitsland, Frankrijk, het Verenigd Koninkrijk en Nederland. Wij bieden leasing- en commerciële financierings-/asset-based lending-oplossingen en willen graag één organisatie zijn die asset-based finance-oplossingen biedt.

Samen met de andere Product Manager Lease, de Product Owners van het Lease Landschap en de Project Managers die actief zijn binnen het Lease Domein vorm je het team Value Proposition Lease. In dit team zijn zowel het eigenaarschap van de lease producten als de lease applicaties ondergebracht.

Je bent een energiek persoon die graag denken en doen combineer. Je weet wat er speelt binnen de organisatie en vooral wat er speelt bij de klant als het gaat om leasing. Voortdurend onze huidige propositie en klanttevredenheid te verbeteren is wat je drijft. Denk je dat je bij ons past?

Check je profiel:
- Hbo/wo werk- en denkniveau.
- Een achtergrond in product management (product approvals, product reviews, markt- en regulatory analyses en meer), idealiter in een Lease omgeving.
- Jij haalt energie uit het onderzoeken van complexe vraagstukken en het continu willen verbeteren.
- Kennis en ervaring op het gebied van bankieren/leasen is een absoluut voordeel.
- Samenwerken in een klein team past bij jou. Evenals werken in een internationale corporate omgeving.
- Kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
 

Wij bieden

Het is een veelzijdige positie waarin je zowel autonoom als in teams werkt aan het verbeteren van de leaseproducten en -diensten voor onze klanten. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het uitvoeren van de visie en het waarborgen van de toekomst van ABF.

- Salarisindicatie tussen EUR en EUR per bruto per jaar op basis van een 36-urige werkweek.
- Een aanvullend uitkeringsbudget van 11%, dat je kunt besteden aan extra secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden. Of laat het maandelijks uitbetalen als je hier geen gebruik van maakt.
- Een persoonlijk ontwikkelingsbudget van euro per jaar.
- Een OV-jaarkaart, waarmee je 24/7 gebruik kan maken van al het openbaar vervoer in Nederland.
