To strengthen our Global Master Data Management Team we are looking for a:

Master Data Specialist

As a Master Data Specialist, you will play a crucial role and be responsible for setting up, managing and maintaining the integrity of our master data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all systems and platforms.

What are your tasks and responsibilities?

· Set up, manage and maintain master data records, including but not limited to product information, customer data, vendor details and pricing data.

· Implement and enforce data quality standards and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy across all systems.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements, resolve data issues, and support data-related projects.

· Act as a Lead Process Improver, organize and develop global key user meetings.

· Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

· Analyse data trends and provide insights to support decision-making and business strategies.

· Continuously monitor data quality metrics and performance indicators, and implement improvements as needed.

What competencies are we looking for?

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.

· Proven experience in master data management or a similar role.

· Experience in ERP migration is an advantage

· Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Proficiency in data management software and ERP systems.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Project management skills; you have the ability to initiate and participate projects leading into efficient and effective improvements within Jiffy.
