About the Department:
The MD Office, reporting directly to the Managing Director, provides comprehensive administrative and business support to ensure the efficient operation and smooth development of the company. Key responsibilities include communication coordination, document management, project support, information management, confidentiality handling, and special assignments.
Main responsibilities:
Analyze sales data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization. Develop and maintain sales-related data models and databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Generate comprehensive reports on sales performance, including KPIs, sales forecasts, and market trends. Create visually appealing data visualizations and interactive dashboards to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with sales teams to understand business objectives, provide data-driven recommendations, and support strategic decision-making processes.Qualification and requirements:
Master’s degree or higher. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in sales analytics or a related field. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQL. Strong understanding of statistical methods and techniques. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib/seaborn. Familiarity with database management systems (, MySQL, MongoDB). Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Self-motivated, responsible, and independent. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in Chinese and English. We offer:
