About the role
As aManager Payroll & HR Administration Europe, you will be responsible forleading and driving the transformation of our organization’s European payroll &HR administration processes and systems and ensure the effective management andscalability for the payroll & HR administration function, across Europe. Yourprimary focus will be on streamlining payroll and HR operations, whilst implementinga European payroll solution, and ensuring compliance with local regulationsacross multiple countries in Europe.

Responsibilities
As Manager Payroll and HRAdministration your main tasks and responsibilities will be:

- Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll and HR administration operations formultiple countries in Europe to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, includingsalary calculations, deductions, and statutory contributions.
- Assess currentpayroll and HR administration processes and systems, identifying areas forimprovement, and implementing best practices and streamlined workflows.
- Lead the transformation of European payroll and HR processes and systems,driving efficiency, standardization, and automation across multiple countries.
- Manage and coordinate European payroll and onboarding system implementations,with external vendors, project planning, and system configuration.
- Ensure compliance with local payroll and HR regulations and statutoryrequirements in all countries of operation.
- Develop and implement European payroll & HR policies, procedures, and controls,ensuring. accuracy, compliance, and data security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate payroll and HR systemswith HRIS, time and attendance systems, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor and report on payroll and HR performance and metrics, identifyingtrends and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with payroll and HR vendors, ensuring service levelagreements are met and escalations are addressed promptly.
- Stay updated with European payroll & HR regulations, tax laws, andcompliance requirements for each jurisdiction.
- Stay updated with payroll & HR trends, regulations, and emergingtechnologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in payroll & HRadministration processes.
- Lead and manage a team of payroll & HR professionals, providingmentorship, performance feedback, and career development opportunities.

About you
To be successful in the role you need:
- Proven experience asa European Payroll and HR Administration Manager or similar role, with a focuson managing payroll operations across multiple countries.
- Proven experience leading payroll and HR transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of statutory deductions, tax rates, social securityrequirements, and benefits regulations in different European countries.
- Experience working with international payroll & HR service providers andmanaging relationships with external vendors.
- Proficiency in using payroll & HR software or systems for end-to-endpayroll processing.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing complex payrollscenarios across different jurisdictions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex payrollcalculations and reconciliations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiplepayrolls and deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to lead and motivate a diverseteam of payroll & HR professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaboratewith internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strongproject management skills, with the ability to lead and manage complex payroll &HR administration transformation projects.
- Understanding of data protection regulations and confidentiality requirementsin handling employee information.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel, for dataanalysis and reporting.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with changes in payrollregulations and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree and a certification or professional qualification inpayroll such as the CIPP Diploma in Payroll Management or related field isadvantageous.
- Ability to travel
