The Opportunity Our Dutch team, based in Amsterdam, is looking for an Account Manager New Business to work with C-level executives at some of the largest international companies of the Netherlands – helping them to advance their strategic objectives by improving employees' intercultural communication and language skills. The job requires persistence, strategic acumen, and creativity . Key responsibilities Identify new business opportunities in target accounts (new and existing accounts) Manage complex end-to-end B2B sales processes, executing needs analyses, value proposition definitions and negotiations with C-level stakeholders Understand the HR/L&D customer market and bring to bear that knowledge in conversations with large local and international companies Write and deliver compelling pitch presentations, requiring a thorough knowledge of the market and how our services stand out from competitors Collaborate with support teams and colleagues around the world to drive the sales process Develop proposals and ensure timely delivery of solutions The skills & experience we look for At least 2 years’ experience managing complex consultative end-to-end B2B sales processes Strong relational skills, influencing skills and presence Exceptional communication skills Passion for selling high quality solutions that deliver real business impact for clients  Mastery of Dutch and advanced level of English skills (min.
