We are looking for an interim Junior Credit Controller for a global brand based in Amsterdam. You will play a crucial role in the team responsible for debtor reconciliations, outstanding debt, and customer queries. This is an assignment for 5 months.

BeschrijvingResponsibilities: Junior Credit Controller

As a Junior Credit Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring timely payment behavior of the customers. This will result in a balanced aging of the A/R ledger, a solid cash position, low DSO and minimal credit risk. 

Furthermore, your tasks will be:

• Monitor the a/r ageing
• Contact smaller customers regarding overdue invoices
• Resolve payment differences/disputes
• Report to credit insurance company concerning overdue customers and legal proceedings
• Do regular credit reviews to maximize delivery performance whilst minimizing credit exposure
• Assist in maintaining customer master data
• Reconcile payments
• Inform and liaise with sales/customer service
• Maintain control files/reportsRequirementsRequirements: Junior Credit Controller

You are suitable for this position if you:

  • have good internal and external communication skills in English
  • have knowledge of various methods of payment
  • understand basic bookkeeping and accounting
  • have a confident and assertive yet patient telephone manner
  • have at least 1 year of experience in credit control
SalarisOffer: Junior Credit Controller

Your salary will depend on your current knowledge and experience and involves a 40 hr/wk position for 5 months starting ASAP.
