INVENTORY ADMINISTRATOR
Wij zijn op zoek naar een Inventory Administrator om ons team te versterken in Amsterdam.

Met een focus op Inventory speel je een cruciale rol in het nauwkeurig beheren, controleren en optimaliseren van onze voorraad voor een van de operaties te Amsterdam. Onze operatie bestaat uit 16.000 m² waarin we de voorraad beheren van één van de grootste verf en chemicaliën bedrijf van Nederland. Vanuit dit warehouse bevoorraadden wij winkels in Nederland, België en Duitsland. Het team in Amsterdam bestaat uit ongeveer 100 FTE, verdeeld over het warehouse- en de kantooromgeving.
Je zult een cruciale rol spelen in het optimaliseren van ons voorraadbeheer en het waarborgen van een soepele werking van ons magazijn. Het is een zelfstandige functie waarbij je de verantwoordelijkheid hebt binnen de business support administration afdeling voor de volledige voorraad. De vaste werktijden zijn van 9:00 tot 18:00 uur. Echter, wanneer een van de collega’s afwezig of met vakantie is wordt die shift overgenomen. De shiften waarin wij werken zijn van 6:00 tot 15:00 uur of 12:30 tot 21:30.
Als inventory administrator verricht je voornamelijk administratief werk op kantoor, maar voer je ook regelmatig controles uit op de vloer en verwerk je correcties in het systeem. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bijhouden van onze voorraad, inclusief cycle counting en het voorbereiden van tellijsten. Daarnaast volg je tellingen op, verwerk je resultaten en voer je analyses uit, zoals een fast mover analyse, om collega’s en klanten op de hoogte te houden van de actuele cijfers. Ook beheer je locaties, implementeer je pickslotmanagement en opslagclassificaties.
Je draagt zorg voor een correcte invoering van Master Data zodat alle product gegevens in ons systeem staan. In deze functie maak je rapportage’s, zoals abc’s analyses, slotting en optimale pickingroutes. Daarnaast ben je in contact met onze klant voor vragen over de voorraad, pickfouten en bezettingsgraad.

DIT BRENG JE MEE
Je beschikt over ervaring in een soortgelijke functie; Je bent in het bezit van minimaal een afgeronde MBO+ of HBO diploma; Je beschikt over kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal op minimaal B1 niveau; Je bent in staat zelfstandig te werken en om te gaan met verantwoordelijkheid; Je staat stevig in je schoenen en kan tijdens hectiek en stressvolle situaties overzicht bewaren; Uitgebreide vaardigheden in Excel voor analyse en rapportage is een must.-
