In de rol van Head of NFR Procurement rol lever je hier een directe bijdrage aan, want je ontwikkelt, promoot, verankert en executeert het beleid voor Not For Resale (‘NFR’) producten en diensten. Een zeer zichtbare (we willen strategisch sparringpartner van de business zijn) en impactvolle positie, want onze opex en capex spend is substantieel. Kijk jij die glimlachend aan? Wat je doet als Head of NFR Procurement?
Je voorziet NFR Procurement van richting en inspiratie. Initieel bestaat je team uit 17 heartbeats. Zoals hierboven al aangestipt, is dit een high impact positie. Bijvoorbeeld omdat onze grootte het noodzakelijk maakt om strakke (maar werkbare) inkoopafspraken at scale te maken. Dat betekent dat je flink wat beleidsmatige knopen moet doorhakken. En daar de handen van alle stakeholders – inclusief jouw team – voor op elkaar dient te krijgen. Over het team gesproken: dat wordt snel op- en uitgebouwd en is op een missie om ons strategische procurement plan te vertalen naar de praktijk. Om die ambitie in te lossen, zoeken we een procurement visionair met een trackrecord in succesvolle change trajecten en die er energie uit haalt om dit samen met het team en de business owners aan te gaan.
Belangrijke pijlers zijn groei van het team, craft development, een grote(re) focus op strategisch inkopen en ondersteuning door teams die operationele inkoopkennis en analytische skills inbrengen. Succes vraagt om talent voor het aanjagen van verandering, inclusief al het stakeholdermanagement dat daarbij komt kijken. En stakeholders zijn er in overvloed, want NFR omvat letterlijk #alles-wat-niet-in-onze-schappen-ligt, zoals tech en IT-diensten, magazijnuitrusting, vervoerderscontracten, marketing, klantendiensten en HR. Sterke banden met de business owners zijn daarom vanzelfsprekend belangrijk. Naast aanzienlijke opex bedragen, zijn ook capex investeringen in beeld. En die behoren tot de grootste van de Ahold Delhaize groep. Kortom, een rol die veel van je vraagt, maar wel een geweldige kans is om een impactvolle verandering te realiseren, jezelf te onderscheiden bij KAD, een super-enthousiast team te ontwikkelen en en passant je opvolger klaar te stomen.

Tunnelvisie Je vindt het lastig om over de NFR-keten heen te kijken: waar domeinen als control, risk, legal en ESG op inzoomen? Je hebt slechts een vaag idee. Ha fijn, het eindstation Je beschouwt deze rol als je eindstation en hebt niet de ambitie om na een paar jaar een vervolgstap te zetten. Onsje minder graag De rol spreekt je aan, maar de scope en het financiële belang bezorgen je nu al nachtmerries. Visionair leider Je hebt bewezen dat je een team van serieuze omvang dansend naar een stip op de horizon kunt gidsen. Een stip die je bovendien zelf zet. Inhoudelijk helemaal bij Je beheerst het edele inkoopvak, inclusief de laatste inzichten en strategieën die het mogelijk maken om procurement te future proofen. Passie voor veranderen Je weet hoe je een impactvol verandertraject aanvliegt en hoe je stakeholders daarin mee kunt nemen. Ook als die stakeholders soms (ogenschijnlijk) andere belangen hebben.

Sollicitatieproces

Wij bekijken je sollicitatie zorgvuldig en binnen twee weken weet je of we je uitnodigen voor een gesprek. Wij nemen telefonisch contact met je op om het eerste gesprek in te plannen. En als we elkaar toch al spreken, pak vooral de kans om alvast prangende vragen te stellen. Tijdens het eerste gesprek maken we kennis met elkaar. We zullen ingaan op jouw competenties en je eerdere werkervaring. En natuurlijk ook de inhoud van de functie. Voor het tweede gesprek vragen we je om van te voren een online assessment te maken. Bij sommige functies kunnen we je vragen om iets extra's, zoals een business case. Is er een wederzijdse match? Dan doen wij je graag een aanbod bestaande uit een passend salaris en onze arbeidsvoorwaarden. We doen nog een laatste dubbelcheck op het papierwerk in de vorm van een screening.
