**Your Mission**
Our company is growing quickly, and we are looking to welcome 2 new Account Executives to our team. As an Account Executive, you have a strong passion for sales. You love showing the added value of Mercell’s solution and making sure the number of customers keeps growing. You enjoy the process of generating new leads and transforming them into deals. In the public sector this can also mean participating in public tenders every once in a while.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Managing sales cycles to close new business and up sales on existing customers.
- Identifying prospects and generate leads.
- Demonstrating our solution(s) to potential customers.
- Keeping our CRM “HubSpot” up to date with relevant customer information.
- Analyse the customer base and develop sales plans.
- Taking the lead on contract negotiations with clients.
**Required Qualifications**
- Relevant educational background in commerce, sales, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience (ideally 3+years) in sales and solution selling.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English, both speaking and writing. Familiar with working with sales pipelines and forecasts in a CRM system.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in public procurement and tendering.
- Experience with selling Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
- Affinity with software and public tendering and procurement is a plus.
