**About the Job**:

As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and converting prospects into long-term partnerships. You excel at establishing contacts at strategic levels with potential customers, understanding their needs, and translating those needs into effective solutions.

With a hands-on mentality and a proactive approach, you will help us expand our market share in the Netherlands within cloud integration, IoT and AI

Your responsibilities will include:

- Lead Generation & Conversion: Prospect, build a robust pipeline, and convert leads into deals through your efforts and partnerships, particularly with Microsoft.
- Strategic Consultation: Understand customer needs and market trends to propose tailored solutions, especially in Azure Integration, IoT, and API Management.
- Account Management: Develop and execute account plans for targeted companies, ensuring the successful closing of deals and ongoing relationship management.
- Technical Expertise: Confidently discuss both content and technical aspects of our services, positioning us as a cutting-edge Microsoft partner.
- CRM Discipline: Maintain a disciplined approach to CRM, updating account and deal records accurately.
- Sales Proposals: Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals that translate software features into business value for prospects.
- Target Achievement: Work toward and strive to exceed quarterly targets.

**We’d love to welcome you to our team if**:

- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of market movements in Azure Integration, IoT, Big Data, and AI.
- Experience: At least 5 years in a commercial role within the technology industry, with experience in SaaS or solutions in an enterprise environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Dutch and English.
- Networking: Established connections within Microsoft and the Microsoft partner community.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles, close sizable deals, and sell business value to high-ranking executives.
- Team Collaboration: Excellent relationship-building skills and experience in a team-selling environment. Personal Traits: Persistent, resilient, ambitious self-starter comfortable with high responsibility and engaging with C-level clients.
