Accounting Executive

Accounting Executive in the Finance and Enterprises Office (Ref.: 524035) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
Requirements:
5 passes in HKCEE including English (minimum grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics, or minimum Level 2 or equivalent in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics; at least 1-year work experience preferably in the accounting and auditing field; hands-on knowledge of MS Office applications; good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good communication and interpersonal skills; and ability to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities :
prepare journal entries, data input, budgetary control matters; prepare debit note reminders, statement of accounts and aging reports for the management of accounts receivable; handle issuance and settlement of debit notes; handle bank reconciliation for bank accounts; and assist in any other ad hoc duties as assigned.A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
