We are currently looking for a Global Pension Specialist Rewards. 

As the Global Pension Specialist Rewards, you support global pension oversight activities and adherence to global pension guidelines. You serve as the linking pin among global, regional, and local P&O, Reward, and Finance colleagues for ongoing global pension activities. You support the Global Pension Lead with data-driven recommendations to reinforce the global pension strategy.

In this position, you will report to the Global Pension Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Provide oversight in d-f’s pension plans by:Preparing bi-annual Financial Pension Report to provide insight in dsm-firmenich’s pension plans in core countries;Ensuring relevant pension data is captured in MMB’s platform. This includes aligning with MMB/Global Benefits Specialist on the setup of the tool, organizing the internal data gathering process, supporting local P&O & Finance and validating the inputs; Support the Global Pension Lead in all preparations, minuting and action management for the Global Pension Committee; Coordinate IAS19 valuations for the core pension countries in close cooperation with Group Accounting, local external actuaries and WTW (global external actuary); Align with local pension funds on strategic investment decisions, ALM and ESG elements to ensure consistency within the global pension guidelines and understand the impact on the risk profile for dsm-firmenich; Support pension policy harmonization, integration activities in countries & regions; Support M&A activities in the different project stages, from the Due Diligence phase till the final carve-out and integration.

You Bring   

Academic education; 5+ years of relevant pension experience in a multinational company or global consultancy firm; Expertise in IA19 reporting as well as high-level knowledge on local pension plan regulations in key countries like Switzerland and the Netherlands; Basic expertise in pension fund investment strategies, derisking and ALM studies; M&A / integration / harmonization experience related to pensions is a plus; Ability and creativity to design reporting that meets the needs of dsm-firmenich’s stakeholders and proficient in Excel; Fluency in English.
