Met jouw leiderschap en technische expertise zorg je voor hoogwaardige dataprocessen en bevorder je samenwerking tussen afdelingen om bedrijfsdoelen te bereiken.
Wat ga je doen Als Data Governance Architecture Lead leid je een team van data-specialisten, optimaliseer je data-infrastructuren en implementeer je governance-strategieën. Je inspireert, coacht en creëert een cultuur van samenwerking om hoogwaardige dataprocessen en innovatie te stimuleren. Samen zorg je voor impactvolle data-oplossingen.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Leidinggeven aan een team van data-analisten, data scientists en engineers;
- Identificeren van leer- en ontwikkelbehoeften en begeleiden van teamleden;
- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van data-architecturen en governance-strategieën;
- Waarborgen van datakwaliteit, beveiliging en naleving van regelgeving (bijv. GDPR).
- Stimuleren van samenwerking en innovatie binnen en buiten het team.
In ons Centre of Excellence werken meer dan 40 data-engineers, 4 data-scientists en een data-architect samen. We ondersteunen elkaar en werken veel samen om het team te verbeteren en functioneel beheer te optimaliseren. Je rapporteert aan de Application Manager.

- Een salaris tussen de 5.990,- en 7.490,- bruto per maand, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring. Dit is op basis van een 40-urige werkweek en exclusief 8% vakantiegeld;
- Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de Bouw en Infra cao zoals een budget voor duurzame inzetbaarheid (2,18%), variabele beloning, 25 vakantiedagen, 15 roostervrije dagen en 3 kortverzuimdagen per kalenderjaar;
- Vergoeding van je reiskosten (100% OV of een kilometervergoeding), laptop en iPhone;
- Een unieke kans om jezelf in de breedte te ontwikkelen, waarbij je via onze eigen BAM Learning op de hoogte blijft van de nieuwste technieken en kennis. Daarnaast zijn andere cursussen en trainingen altijd bespreekbaar;
- Fijne extras zoals gemiddeld 40 procent korting op jouw sport(school)abonnement en korting op o.a. privéverzekeringen en Microsoft Office.
- HBO/WO-diploma met minimaal 5-10 jaar ervaring in data management en -governance;
- Aantoonbare peoplemanagement skills, bij voorkeur binnen data-gerelateerde teams;
- Diepgaande kennis van data-architecturen, governance-principes, en tools zoals SQL, data lakes, en cloud-platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP);
- Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden voor diverse stakeholders;
- Vermogen om data-strategieën om te zetten in concrete actieplannen.
