What impact will you make?
Je werkt als (Senior) Oracle Cloud Consultant in een multidisciplinair team aan zeer gevarieerde projecten die als doel hebben om de bedrijfsprocessen van een organisatie te verbeteren middels Cloud ERP oplossingen. Je werkt vanaf dag één rechtstreeks met de klant en krijg je verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte voor eigen initiatief. Binnen een team werk je aan opdrachten waarbij jouw expertise en vaardigheden onmisbaar zijn. Dit doe je samen met multidisciplinaire teams voor internationale klanten.
How do you do this?
definiëren en analyseren van bedrijfsprocessen;vertalen van bedrijfsprocessen naar de Cloud;ondersteunen van het project en programma management;voorbereiden en begeleiden van workshops bij de klant;opstellen van business requirements en het uitbrengen van advies betreft Finance, Supply Chain en Master Data processen;werken in agile teams (al dan niet in combinatie met de klant) waarbij je junior teamleden begeleidt en ondersteunt in hun ontwikkeling.What’s in it for you?

Je bent communicatief vaardig en in staat om in overleg met de klant tot goede oplossingen te komen. Je bent in staat snel te leren over de functionele kernprocessen van een organisatie en hoe deze te verbeteren. Als het gaat om inhoud, dan laat jij je zeker niet omverblazen. Tegelijkertijd krijg je energie van werken in het buitenland en je hebt gevoel voor politieke verhoudingen en culturele verschillen. Verder heb je voor deze vacature Senior Consultant Oracle Cloud:
een afgeronde Master opleiding. Een Master op het gebied van Bedrijfskunde, Economie, Supply Chain of IT is een pré;minimaal 4 jaar werkervaring op het gebied van bedrijfsprocessen en IT;aantoonbare affiniteit met IT (ervaring met ERP pakketten is een pré);een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.(W)here
Jouw expertise deel je met zo'n 100 andere collega's in het Oracle-team dat onderdeel is van Deloitte Consulting. Ons team richt zich op Cloud ERP, Enterprise Data Management en Enterprise Performance Management en werkt samen met klanten om een toekomstige, digitale onderneming te bedenken, op te leveren en te exploiteren, met Oracle als kern.
