Als een van de Demand & Supply Planning Managers, ben je vanuit de vestiging Sevenum verantwoordelijk voor de innovatieve supply- en voorraadplanning om de klanttevredenheid en de groei van het bedrijf te verbeteren.

Bovendien zul je ons succes vergroten door te focussen op een continue verbetering in de samenwerking met je teamleden, het Supply Chain Excellence-team en onze leveranciers.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Het goed beheren van de vraag- en aanbodbalans om de voorraad op een gezond niveau te houden en tegelijkertijd de beschikbaarheid van de levering voor jouw portfolio te maximaliseren.

  • Het nauwkeurig verwerken van het dagelijkse bestelproces, hierin ondersteund door ons planningsinstrument.

  • Het monitoren en beheren van relevante KPI's voor de supply chain, zoals voorraaddagen, forecast nauwkeurigheid en on-time-in-full (OTIF) prestaties.

  • Het nemen van initiatieven om gemaakte plannen aan te passen met betrokken stakeholders wanneer afwijkingen worden gevonden, zoals activiteiten voor risicobeperking bij verstoringen in de supply chain.

  • Deelnemen aan optimalisatieprojecten van E2E, bijvoorbeeld georganiseerd door het Supply Chain Excellence-team.

  • Je werkt nauw samen met je Demand & Supply Planning-team en het Supply Chain Excellence-team en je zal rapporteren aan de Senior Manager, Demand & Supply Planning.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring of een bacheloropleiding, bij voorkeur in Supply Chain, Logistiek of Bedrijfskunde.

  • Je hebt ervaring in het geven van impactvolle presentaties en in het nemen van succesvolle beslissingen met interne en externe stakeholders.

  • Je beschikt over zeer goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden en je kan complexe ideeën efficiënt overbrengen naar verschillende belanghebbenden.

  • Je hebt kennis van Excel, ERP- en planningssoftware en je hebt in analytische vaardigheden.

  • Je bent vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels.
