Regional Marketing Director

For one of our high street banks we're looking for a Regional Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Planning Develop regional marketing strategies aligning with commercial business goals. Collaborate with business teams to create plans driving market growth and brand awareness. Drive lead conversion through segmentation and personalisation. Campaign Development and Execution Manage integrated marketing campaigns from kick-off to launch. Tailor campaigns to business goals, industry specifics, and target audiences using digital and offline channels. Digital Marketing Leadership Lead digital marketing efforts (SEM, social media, paid advertising) with the content marketeer. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies.

Performance Measurement and Reporting:

Establish and monitor KPIs for campaign effectiveness.

Use analytics tools to track performance, generate insights, and present ROI reports. Make data-driven decisions to optimise future campaigns.

Budget Management: Oversee the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Monitor expenditures and ROI to meet financial objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product and sales teams to align marketing with business objectives. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders for integrated marketing strategies.

Required Skills

Strategic thinking and planning: Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans driving business objectives with account-based approaches.

Digital marketing expertise: Experience with digital marketing strategies (Account Based Marketing), tools (e.g., 6Sense, GenAI), and industry-led best practices. Agency management: Proven experience in managing relationships with external agencies.

Analytical skills: Proficiency in using data analytics to measure performance, generate insights, and optimise strategies.

Communication and leadership: Strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Educational Background master's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is required; advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Marketing) is preferred. Over eight years of marketing experience in international settings (e.g., senior marketing manager or regional marketing director).
