Als Sales Support Representative ben je de essentiële schakel tussen onze gewaardeerde klanten en het kloppende hart van de organisatie. Jij vervult een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van een naadloze afhandeling van orders, zodat de tevredenheid van klanten te allen tijde gewaarborgd wordt.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden strekken zich uit over het volledige traject van klantinteractie, van het eerste contact tot de uiteindelijke levering. Door diep inzicht te krijgen in de behoeften en wensen van onze klanten, fungeer je als een waardevolle brug, waarbij je niet alleen de verwachtingen begrijpt, maar deze zelfs overtreft.

Verder ben je niet alleen bezig met het verwerken van orders; je begeleidt en ondersteunt bij elke stap van het proces. Of het nu gaat om het verstrekken van gedetailleerde productinformatie, het oplossen van eventuele vraagstukken of het coördineren van logistieke aspecten, jij bent de drijvende kracht achter een vlotte en succesvolle transactie. Door jouw toewijding en professionaliteit draag je bij aan de versterking van onze klantrelaties en het verder uitbouwen van de reputatie van jouw organisatie

Een overzicht van de uit te voeren werkzaamheden:

  • Ondersteunen van het Sales team met offerte- en orderbegeleiding;
  • Beheren van alle commerciële zaken in ERP-systeem;
  • Onderhouden van de relatie met klanten en dealers.

Gevraagdwordt
  • Beheersing van de Nederlandse, Engelse en Duitse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift;
  • Kennis van Office en ervaring met een ERP-systeem;
  • HBO werk- en denkniveau en minimaal vijf jaar werkervaring binnen de commerciële binnendienst.


Gebodenwordt
  • Bruto maandsalaris tussen de €2.500-, en €3500 per maand o.b.v. 40 uur;
  • 25 vakantiedagen en 6,5 ADV-dagen o.b.v. een fulltime dienstverband;
