How will you make an impact? HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Reporting to the Marketing & Merchandising Manager, you are responsible developing the conditions for success of Cartier Watches business development in the Benelux & Nordics region.

As Product Manager, you will define and implement the local marketing strategy, in line with the international guidelines, drive action plans to boost sales based on sales analysis, lead and promote Watches projects and develop the Connoisseur business, working hand in hand with all stakeholders to ensure strong and on-time deliverable. This will include but not be limited to:

STRATEGY & ACTION PLANS

As a key priority, maximise the new Watch launches and keep developing all collections in the Benelux & Nordics.

Adapt the WW directions to the local market specifics and clearly identify top business, image and clients’ priorities, in close relationship with the Head of Marketing & Merchandising. Elaboration and collaboration to the strategic plan – Watches part. Set the annual sales target, Budget and LE forecast in coordination with the network. Maximise new launches sales and visibility Follow-up along the year on the related projects/action plans per sub-segment or per main product launch, and report progress, challenges and outcomes of the initiatives to his/her manager. Get a refined understanding of the competition

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & COMMERCIAL SUPPORT

Develop analysis, sales tools and contribute to Watches Press, Media and Events activities

Sales Management

Regular and in-depth analysis of sales results, qualitative and quantitative, with a novelty focus, improving tools when needed. Working closely with Sales and Client teams to help beat sales targets. Pilot and communicate on the novelties launch plan and manage the local implementation & maximisation of all new launches.

Product Expertise

Develop a strong knowledge of the product category from a technical, storytelling, clients and commercial point of view. Partner with the Learning & Development team to implement training programs.

Network support

Work closely with Merchandising and Visual Merchandising to optimise the visibility & assortments in the network, ensuring a smooth omni-channel client experience. Be a major point of contact on the product category for all networks. Lead or be strongly involved in the commercial activations linked to Watches: physical, digital, in all permanent network and temporary locations to achieve image and sales objectives. Follow up of the internal Watch community.

Communication & External Partners collaboration

Work closely with the Press & PR team to promote Cartier creations and build the brand awareness such as new collections amplification, shootings product selections, endorsement. Support the Media & Digital team with media plans. Collaborate with the Events team to ensure the best client experience and lead the novelties or related products events.

Watches & Wonders local management

Coordinate the W&W for Cartier Benelux & Nordics: introducing the latest novelties, developing adhoc documents, participating to Business Partners appointments.

INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS

Be the point of contact and the referent for HQ and European teams: Marketing, Communication, Clients and Commercial Teams on Watches.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

At least 5 years of experience in Luxury marketing, preferably in jewellery or watchmaking. Strong analytical skills and affinity with figures. Organized, pragmatic, able to manage & build from scratch new projects and leading cross-functional teams. Pro-active behavior, strong commercial drive and results-oriented. Solid strategic thinking. Strong relational and communication skills. Master Excel, Excel analysis and Powerpoint. SAP and Power BI would be a plus. Fluent in English. French, Dutch, Swedish or Danish would be a plus.
