Functieomschrijving (wat ga je doen?)
Als medewerker Sales Support bied je ondersteuning aan de Salesafdeling. Je werkt nauw samen met de Salesmanager, Senior verkopers en junior verkopers. Je bent een echte spin in het web Je wordt enthousiast van het beheren van klanten en alles wat daarmee samen valt. Een aantal van jouw taken zijn:

  • Ondersteuning (of support) bieden aan je salescollega's.
  • Bestaande en nieuwe klantrelaties onderhouden.
  • Administratieve taken afhandelen.
  • Aanspreekpunt zijn voor de klant.
  • Aanspreekpunt zijn voor je collega’s.

Functie eisen (wie ben jij?)

  • ... hebt hbo werk- en denkniveau (mbo-4);
  • ... hebt minimaal 1 jaar relevante werkervaring;
  • ... beheersing van de Nederlandse is uitstekend;
  • ... hebt een vlotte en enthousiaste communicatiestijl;
  • ... bent communicatief sterk;
  • … bent een echte teamplayer;
  • ... werkt nauwkeurig en weet overzicht te houden.
